Hello Sir/Mam,

I totally agree with Rajeev. Being from an IT background, I have seen people from all over India in my org. The way they move here in our land makes us feel we are outsiders… L I will give you a live example of a colleague who sit next to me. He is from AP. We daily have a conversation (cum cold war you can sayJ) For every small things he talk very arrogantly about Karnataka and the people over here like the food, entertainment, infrastructure… Many times our discussion will go to an extent where I warn him to be in limit while talking about us, these people who talk about us even forget that its because of our kindness, they are staying here and leading a happy life, so mean minded!!! They talk so lightly which I have seen, namma edurige namma bagge kettadagi matadidre yarige kopa barodilla…

Giving an example of our discussion… usually namma naduve movie vishay tagondu discussion shuru agutte, I listen to FM and if listen to some song, he immedtailey reply saying that it’s a telgu music, we have dubbed it… ella kannada music avarindaane kaddiddu illa copy madiddu antha avan argument, he mean to say namma kannada music director galige enu talent illa… Naanu eshtoo sala eduruttara kodtini aaga sumne aagatne, and sometimes just keep quiet. Namma olletana durupayoga maadko ivarugalige illi jaaga kodabaradu antha nanna anisike…kannadigaas are soft hearted but it doesn’t mean that they can tolerate insult to their state or language!!! And we should take some action for this and also to the people who recruit such people, why do we need others when we have greater talents in our state only???? We need to be unite in this matter and its only possible with the help of govt to take some drastic steps for this…
