ಒಂಟಿ ಹೃದಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಗಾಂಗ ಜೋಡಣೆ

ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ನೀವು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ರಿಕವರ್ ಆಗಲ್ಲ. ಹುಡುಗಿ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಹುಡುಗ ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ, ಧೂಮಪಾನ ಮುಂತಾದ ವ್ಯಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿ ನೋವನ್ನು ನುಂಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರಿಗೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರಲ್ಲ ಸಾರ್.

ಅವಳ ನೋವನ್ನು ಅವಳೇ ನುಂಗಬೇಕು. ಅಳೋದು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ದಾರಿನೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಗೊತ್ತಾ ? ನಾವು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ ಹುಡುಗ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವನ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಹುಡುಗ ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯೇ ಬೇಕು, ಅವನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯೇ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕೂಗಿ ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರತ್ತೆ. ಆದರೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಆ ಕೂಗನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸದಷ್ಟು ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಹುಡುಗ ಹೋಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾ ಸಾರ್? ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಹುಡುಗನನ್ನು ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡ್ದೆ ಅಂತ. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳದೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಹುಡುಗೀನ ಮದುವೆ ಆದ. ಕಾರಣನೂ ಹೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಅವನ ಅಂಗಿ ಕಾಲರ್ ಹಿಡಿದು ಜಗ್ಗಿ ಒಂದು ಮಾತು ಕೇಳು, ಕೇಳು ಅನ್ನತ್ತೆ. ಆ ಮಾತು ಏನು ಗೊತ್ತಾ ?

ಹೇಳಿ ಹೋಗು ಕಾರಣ!

This type of partial transplant is called a living transplant. Individuals who donate a portion of their liver can live healthy lives with the remaining liver.Because the liver is the only organ in the body able to regenerate, a transplanted portion of a liver can rebuild to normal capacity within weeks.

This is a very educative and heart-warming story. But the article does not very well highlight the fact that only a port of mother's liver was transplanted and therefore both mother and the child are able to survive and are doing well.

The article in fact misleads when it quotes the doctors as saying 'we would like to do more and more liver transplants'. It would have been nice if more stress was laid on the "partial liver transplant' from a live donor.
