ವೇಶ್ಯಾವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು :ಓದುಗರು ಏನಂತಾರೆ?

ವೇಶ್ಯಾವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಳಗೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೀಡುವುದರ ಕುರಿತು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುಗರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಾನ್ಯರೆ,

ವೇಶ್ಯೆಯರ ಬದುಕು, ಬವಣೆಗಳ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಲೇಖನ ಓದಿ ನೊಂದ ಮನಸ್ಸು, ಓದುಗರ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಗಳನ್ನೋದಿ ಕಸಿವಿಸಿಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಜನಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸಲೆಂದೆ ಓದುತ್ತಾರೇನೋ ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಲೇಖನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಏನೆಲ್ಲ ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ತಾಳ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಆ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕ್ರೂರ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೆ ಎಂದು ಚಿಂತಿಸುವ ಬದಲು, ಅವಳು ಆ ಪಾಪಕೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಳಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಒಂದು ವೃತ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ, ವೈಶ್ಯವಾಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನಿನಡಿಗೆ ತನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದರಿಂದ ಉಪಯೋಗವಾಗುವುದು ವಿಷಯಲಂಪಟರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಕಾನೂನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಆ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಉಪಕಾರವಾದರು ಏನು? ಪೋಲಿಸರ ಕಾಟ ಇರದಿರಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆ ಕಾಮುಕರೇನು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಬಾಳು ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದೇನು? ಅವಳು ಕಾನೂನಿನಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾದುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ಯಾವುದಾದರು ಗಂಡು ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವನೇನು?

ಅಥವ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಪುಕ್ಕಟೆ ಉಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ (ಕಾನೂನಿನಡಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತವಾದರೆ) ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತಾರೇನು? ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗಾದರೆ ಅದು ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತ, ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿಗಾದರೆ ಅದು ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತವಾಗುವುದಾದರು ಹೇಗೆ? ವೈಶ್ಯಾವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗಾಣಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲಹೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೇಳಿ. ಅದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ಆ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇಡ.

Take example of Nalini - She should have enquired about the place and man when some one suggested a job. Without which how can any body go and take up a job?

Secondly, the author says if there are no prostitutes, no lady can live in the world. What nonsense it is, let some one do that ladies will kill them. This is a land where Sita, Anasuya were born. Pl don't write such bullshit. You are insulting all the ladies.

The entire society is corructped, films, songs, stories - the government should be honestly do the job then definitely this problem of prostitution can be eradicated. How many families are suffering because the head of the family has this habit of going to prostitutes house.

Do the prostitutes need respect, they should be killed.

If a lady complains about sexual harrasement in the office / house or if she is been tryed to pulled to that job then the government has to take proper action or they shoudl give rights to the ladies to kill such pimps. Leaving that what a suggestion to give that their job should be leagalised. Please do not write such things.

Our so called politians must understand such sensitive issues. Just for their personal benefit they tell things publicly beyond thinking...

We need a Leader who really cares for the land and the language. We need to take strong measure NOT allowing outsiders to permanently settle in the CIty of Bangalore except Kannadigas.
