ಹೆಲ್‌ಮೆಟ್‌ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರದ ಚಿಂತನೆ ತಪ್ಪು. ಕಾನೂನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಸ್ಪಲ್ಪ ತಲೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಾಕೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಇದು ತಲೆಹೋಗೋ ವಿಚಾರ.
