ಎಸ್ಬಿಐನಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಮಾರ್ಯಾದೆ
This is in response to one of the article, which I read in www.thatskannada.com today. This was regarding the letter written by Mr. Raghu, about arrogance of SBI towards Kannada and Kannadigas.
I checked the facts written in that letter. I called up helpline and found that whatever he has mentioned is 100% right.
I tried to speak with the PRO (Public Relation Officer) of SBI. His name is Mr.Raghunath and his telephone number is 080-2594 3103.
He was not only rude but was also high handed in his response to my conversation. When I asked him why is that helpline does not answer in Kannada, he avoided answering the question and instead resorted to getting personal.
He asked my age and details and threatened me that he would take necessary action to track me and teach me a lesson.
Further he says he need not answer me if I am not SBI customer.
Also he said that "do whatever you want... go to Press... I do not care... I have seen many people like this in my service.... shut up".
And he cut the phone.
For the want of space I am unable to reproduce the entire verbatim of conversation. But whatever I have put in quote is true.
I request you to take this matter seriously and rope in all the support from other publications to escalate the matter for the cause of Kannada and Kannadigas.
