Please note that the current registration fee of $ 175 per person ends on July 31, 2006 and a higher fee will be in effect after that date. The programs are being finalized. While the convention opens officially at 5 PM on September 1, 2006, many parallel events will begin in the morning itself. Notably, the Business Forum (http://biz2006.akkaonline.org/) and a Spiritual Workshop by Shri Shri Ravishankar (Art of Living) begin at 9 AM that day. Both events are free for the convention registrants, and there are ample of opportunities for donations and sponsorships. Non-registrants will be assessed a separate fee for these events, $ 200 for Business Forum (8 hours) and $ 50 per person for Shri Shri Ravishankars workshop (4 hours). Additionally, youth forum and site seeing activities are being planned throughout that day.

So, we recommend you arrive Thursday night ( 08/31/06) or early Friday morning (09/01/06) to attend these important and useful parallel sessions. Please note that both Wyndham and Radisson will honor the same group discounts for Thursday night booking.
