Why do you make it a point to visit kannada.oneindia.com?

By far your Kannada site is the most comprehensive up to date relay of happenings in and to Karanataka, Kannadigas and Kannada culture. Just right mix of articles and news, the headlines that generate urge to click, not too serious language and many more... last but not least the vingadaNe in the column upperi is the best and rare of its kind. Full of personal opinions of the columnist, no doubt, but the humour is great. I hope the personalities are taking it with pinch of salt.

Please introduce a column about Kannada personalities who are famous/popular outside Karnataka and India- other than politicians and cricketers.

Dear Indiainfo_Kannada Division personnel,

I am a daily reader of Kannada version of and I thoroughly enjoy

it. I normally catch up my back home news during lunch hours and it makes me feel at home. The layout is excellent and I am impressed by new columns

(through links) that are added on a regular basis. For example, I now

regularly see the "kannada cinema directory" that lists all the kannada

movies that are running in Bangalore.

My thanks to all the staff who are making this happen. Excellent job and

keep it up.

Dear kannada.

This gives me an opportunity to read in my OWN mother tongue on the internet. The default language of the internet has been english and when I see my mother language all glorified in this technology, it gives me immense pleasure to see that Kannada is a part of it in all its glory what with Karnatakas capital Bangalore being the Silicon Valley of the country.
