1) Why do you surf for kannada on the web?

I look for kannada on the web because its my mother tongue. I think in Kannada and enjoy thinking in kannada. Strongly atttached to the history, language and culture of kannada, I would like to see it flourishing atleast as long as I live.

2) Why do you make it a point to visit kannada.oneindia.com?

I visit kannada.oneindia.com primarily because of the reasons mentioned above. If there is a platform where I can get what I want through kannada, then I would certainly opt for it. I would also like tosupport all such platforms. At the same time a basic amount of qualityis expected, which kannada.oneindia.com is satisfying. Especially, Iappreciated your concern about your readers. When I mentioned aboutShankar Nags Death Anivarsary, Suneethas win at Zee Anthaakshari,kannada.oneindia responded immediately with timely articles. However its a long way to go still. There are many areas which I think needs understand that its easier to criticise than to build the same.

I had initially thought of writing a more detailed mail. Here I am notgetting much net time, it will be possible after I come back to India.
