My Mom, even at 55 was feeling and behaving like 35, no kidding. And, now I am 41 and Im more active than ever. This is the age women can rediscover themselves. Kids are big enough to take care of themselves most of the time, they are at full time school, husband is happy with job, she has gained the respect and recognition of the inlaws, its the right age to refocus on herself. As Parvati said, think in the lines of GSakhis thoughts. Look at your Mom, sister, wife, friend, Be a friend to all of them.

hi, words are superb and inspiring. When I saw the headline, my expectations were completely different. But, when I read your article, the experience is totally different. I think I have gained more than what I expected. You are absolutely right. This term I should be myself and all these resolutions are completely abstract. We should not brood over this. We should start living happily. Even I am trying to follow this mantra. Be good, do good, give your best and live happily. What do you say? After all, Contentment and Happiness are the Ultimate things. We should achieve this first. Every other thing will follow. Am I right? Once again thanks a lot.
