ಬಿಡಿಎಯಿಂದ ಇಂಥ ವಾರ್ನಿಗ್ ಬರ್ತನೇ ಇರ್ತದೆ. ನಡೆಯೋದು ನಡಿತಾನೇ ಇರ್ತದೆ!
These kind of useless warning from BDA have come in past also but with no actions taken with majority of private developer. It is a known fact that once the site distribution is done it is difficult to evacuate them and the easy way out is that with some pittance as fine they will legalize the layouts.
Coming to my own story, I have been applying to BDA, (now 4th attempt). But I have not got the site. I was scared to buy from the private layouts, after reading all these government notifications just like the above one.
But after few months this layout will get the required documents (by hook or crook) and when they get the stamp of BMRDA or BDA, the price will be 4 fold increased. The looser was myself, instead of buying the site at that kind layout as first customer I got scared by those BDA warnings. Now if u plan to buy in private layout prices have skyrocketed. I can give u countless layouts which have been warned and then regularized.
Its a pure sham. the poor middle-class people are the lossers. down with BDA.
I am of the opinion that the BDA and other authorities concerned in respect of land development and distribution in Bangalore can provide accurate information. Regarding the acquisition status , nature and type of the land, which are being developed by the private parties, in the sub-registrar offices, by providing the survey numbers of the land. It would be immense helpful for the general public so that they will be aware of the facts. Instead of visiting to BDA and other offices and also the sub-registrar can also have a check on the registration of a plot developed on the said survey numbers.
