ಕರ್ಣಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಪತ್ತೆ

ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ನಾವು ಆಂಧ್ರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕು, ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?

ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಿನಬಳಕೆಯ ಚಲಾನುಗಳೇ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗಲ್ಲ, ಇನ್ನು ಸಾಲ ಪತ್ರ, ಹೂಡಿಕೆ, ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುವುದು ಎಲ್ಲಿಬಂತು? ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳು ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಒಂದಂಗವಾದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುವ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಬೇಕು.

I, the proud customer of Karnataka bank, feel responsible to suggest you on improvement of your service to the society. When it calls by name Karnataka Bank, the people unknowingly correlates it to Karnataka, Kannada. They think naturally in the way of Kannada people thinks.

The people of Karnataka fairly expect Kannada in their day-to-day communications. I am one among those people. But, when I entered into the bank premises, I felt quite unsatisfactory about the Kannada usage in your bank. It made me to doubt, whether it originated from Karnataka or somewhere else.

When we can have the local language in a Nationalised Bank, then why cannot we get the local language in a locally originated bank?. I did not understand the logic behind not using our own language in our own bank in our own state. Some of the things to list out, which I observed are...

Deposit slips, DD channals, many notices, signboards, officer"s name plates are not in Kannada.

I, hope you will understand the problem and do the customer needful and make it a proud bank for all kannadigaas.

ಈ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯುವ ಕಾರಣವೇನೆಂದರೆ, ನಿಮಗೆ ( ಕರ್ಣಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ)ಕನ್ನಡ ಓದುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬರದೇನೇ ಹೋದರೆ? ಅದಕ್ಕೆ.
