AKKA (Association of kannada kootas of America) would like to bring together awareness of Individuals and Organizations who have taken up development projects, school projects, village adoption projects, hospital development projects, scholarships for poor students, development of Hostel for poor students, providing computer hardware to schools, establishing auditoriums in schools, providing books for libraries, contributing to Charitable work in Karnataka state.
These might motivate other Kannadigas who wants to do similar kind of projects in Karnataka State.
This will give opportunity for us to approach Non-Profit funding from different agencies in USA for this type of work and distributing the money for projects in Karnataka State.
